Connecticut Elderly Homecare Services

Quality Care for Your Loved One

When you or your loved one needs in-home assistance, you want to be sure that your caregiver is experienced, capable, trustworthy, and will provide you with the quality care you need. Having someone coming into the home to provide care for a loved one is a major decision and can be a very stressful experience. Liberty Homecare Options can ease the concern of finding safe, dependable, and professional caregivers.

These services are initially assessed and regularly monitored by either an on-site care coordinator, Social Worker, or RN depending on the regulations of the state where the office is located. Our free in-home care consultation with a homecare coordinator can help you determine your care options. Together, we can discuss your needs and how our services can best serve your family. We will go over your family's specific goals, plan of care, pricing and payment methods, how to implement the care plan, and our ongoing communication and follow-up plan.
